The packages
What do I rent from KampKlaar?
At KampKlaar, you rent a tent with sleeping equipment, cooking utensils and camping furniture. Choose Family, Glamping or Roof, collect your package in Beringen and head to the campsite you have booked. You can enjoy camping without buying all the equipment yourself.
What is the difference between Family, Glamping and Roof?
With Family, you sleep in a ground tent and arrange your space with separate beds and camping furniture. Glamping offers four prepared sleeping places in a welcoming, open tent. With Roof, you sleep above ground in a rooftop tent on the trailer, reached by a ladder. Every package includes equipment for sleeping, cooking and relaxing outdoors.
Is a campsite pitch included?
No. You arrange your campsite pitch yourself. KampKlaar rents the tent and equipment, not fixed accommodation at a campsite.
How many people can the tents accommodate?
Glamping has four prepared sleeping places. Unsure which package suits your group? Tell us how many people are travelling and we will help you choose.

What car and towbar do I need?
You take the tent and camping equipment in the KampKlaar trailer. Before booking, check that your car and towbar are suitable.
What if I am unsure whether my car is suitable?
Unsure about transport? Get in touch before booking so you know what to arrange before you leave.
How do I transport Roof?
The Roof rooftop tent stays mounted on the KampKlaar trailer. Before booking, check that your car and towbar are suitable.
How is the Roof rooftop tent set up?
The rooftop tent is mounted on the KampKlaar trailer. You reach your sleeping space using the ladder.
Equipment and preparation
What equipment comes with the package?
You receive a tent, sleeping equipment with mattresses and bedding, a table and camping chairs. Family and Glamping have separate beds; with Roof, you sleep on the mattress in the rooftop tent. Cooking utensils, crockery, a stove, a cool box, lighting and washing-up equipment are included too. Bring your personal belongings, food and drinks.
What do I bring myself?
Bring clothes, toiletries, towels, food and drinks. Pack for your journey and activities too, such as walking shoes and rainwear. The personal packing list helps you remember the essentials.
Do I need to arrange a campsite myself?
Yes. You choose and arrange your campsite pitch. Check with the campsite that your chosen tent or trailer can be accommodated.
Booking and payment
Can I book yet?
Online booking opens soon. You can already explore the packages. Once booking opens, choose your package and dates, enter your details, then review and pay for your order.
Pickup and return
Where can I collect the equipment?
Collect your package in Beringen. Get in touch to arrange your pickup. The Contact page explains how collection and return work.
What are the pickup and return times?
Pickup and return take place in Beringen, with pickup at 10:00 and return at 16:00. Online booking opens soon. Email us with any practical questions.
